The B Impact Assessment
What is it? The free B Impact Assessment enables companies to measure, manage, and improve their social and environmental impact.
Who is it for? For any company — in fact, the B Impact Assessment is already used by more than 250,000 businesses. You don’t have to be a B Corp to use this free and confidential tool, nor do you have to be a C-suite executive or seasoned sustainability professional.

Nature Governance
In parallel with the Rights of Nature movement, ‘Onboarding Nature’ provides the tools for private actors to formalise Nature’s voice and role in their governance structures. Nature is one of business’s most important stakeholders and by bringing Nature’s voice into your organisation, you recognise that the nature of business is Nature’s business.
The Onboarding Nature Toolkit is the fruit of shared research, enthusiasm and a partnership between B Lab Benelux, Earth Law Center’s Nature Governance Agency (ELC-NGA), and Nyenrode Business Universiteit.

The SDG Action Manager
What is it? Developed by B Lab and the United Nations Global Compact, the SDG Action Manager is a free self-assessment that helps all businesses understand their contribution toward facilitating the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and plan for improvements.
Who is it for? Every business, big or small, with an ambition to understand and manage their performance on the SDGs. You do not have to be a B Corporation.

The JEDI Playbook for Business
B Lab and the B Corp Community created The JEDI Playbook for Business to help organizations deepen their commitment to Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. This toolkit shares definitions, real-world stories, and key insights from B Corps at various stages of their JEDI journey, covering topics like unconscious bias, inclusive hiring, leadership, and impact measurement.
As the call for systemic change grows, the playbook urges businesses to move beyond performative actions and embed JEDI principles into their operations. By prioritizing equity and inclusion, businesses can help build a more just and regenerative global economy where all individuals—especially those most affected by systemic inequities—can thrive.
People and Planet in Business
Fairtrade and B Lab have partnered to create “People and Planet in Business”, a guide to help small and micro businesses adopt responsible environmental and social practices. As corporate accountability expectations rise, small businesses often struggle with due diligence processes designed for larger firms.
This guide simplifies complex regulations into clear, practical steps, enabling small enterprises to manage human rights and environmental risks and contribute to a more just and sustainable economy.
